Thanks for the heads up on the piston pin diameter, I'll bust out the micrometer and check those before assembling.
You’ll need a dial bore gauge also. IMO that’s the tool that’s worth spending money on since you can have cheap mics, measure pin, zero bore gauge out to the mic measurement, and Whatever you get on small end is your clearance
