Tomorrow or wed.

So you can’t change the mode while driving? I thought the issue was just that you default to Comfort?

More details: yesterday the car was displaying "Dynamic" but the mushy suspension and lazy throttle response belied that. I pushed the drive mode button a coupla times and it changed to "Comfort" and would not budge until I restarted the car. When restarted this morning, it displayed "Dynamic" again but the ride was mush and throttle lazy.

At lunch today I set Channel 63 and 66 to 0 (the original values for these Channels). This restored the functionality of the drive mode button but now I have two more options (which do nothing AFAICT): Efficiency (only really useful for DSG) and Individual (I don't know where to set this given my car's feature set). But I have real Comfort, Auto, and Dynamic settings so I am 90% of the way there. Wondering what the values are that you have for Channels 64 and 65 as I don't recall exactly what mine were. These seem to be the ones that will drive the appropriate options/behavior for the drive modes after setting 63/66. Or so I think.

I really appreciate your help, Ford.
