I recently had a run in with a deer and wound up having to replace my hood, among other parts. The body shop used an Audi OEM replacement hood purchased directly from a local dealership however, I’ve noticed that the new hood is much more flimsy and seemingly lighter than the original. The hood brackets are all tight and also oem so not sure what’s up. Anyone seen this before or notice a difference?
Also - if anyone can upload a clear shot of the underside of an original 2015 s4 hood as well as bracket area/cowl to compare would be greatly appreciated.
