    15 s3 vent problem

Hi guys, the vehicle is a 15 s3. My heat only blows from far left vent on any setting. Will not blow on floor or middle vents. Is this the blend door actuator? If so how easy/difficult of a job is it? Are there any DIY threads out there?
    Thank you,
    Ryan

I noticed the other day the two middle vents stopped blowing out air all together on my 2015 A3 as well. The drivers side works. Not positive on the passenger side or floor actually. But I was just gonna wait until my next oil change and have the dealer look at it.

If you scan it with VAG COM, it will tell you exactly which ones are bad or stuck. There is an adaptation you can run that might get them unstuck, but don't get your hopes up. I had to replace two blend door actuators on my 15 S3. One of them was a cake walk, the other one made me want to go out and start punching puppies.

I had to replace the defrost actuator and the front air distribution actuator. They are both relatively in the same position on either side of the blower box. The defroster one is right behind the glove box and was SUPER easy to replace. I swear the rest of the car was built around the other one. It's *THAT* hard to get to.
