howdy gentlemen ,so just purchased a new ( to her ) 2011 audi q7 tdi for my wife . unfortunately , the MMI is dead , after doing a reset , it turns on briefly for a couple of seconds and turns off . the buttons on the pad near the shifter are also not illuminated . after doing some research , i took my mmi control pad ( the one with the little joystick and it works just fine on a different q7 , took the amp off and installed an optical loop without success . so i decided to buy a vcds cable and this is what the scan says . any idea where to start ?
