I've seen more than a few people with our platform mention that they wish they could just go back to a simple k04 and call it a day, after delving deep into that rabbit hole and finding more headaches than they were anticipating. It would appear that the fueling side of things has been the biggest hindrance, I think I've only ever seen maybe 2-3 people even get anywhere close to 500awhp and the only one that really comes to mind is the one done by Bluewater Performance

It’s all in good fun Canadian.

My K04 days may or may not be numbered anyway. Picked up a little intermittent turbo whine on my 50,000 mile 2 year old JHM turbo. If this turbo is broken I might just have to go bigger.

    If I stay K04 I’ll buy a CTS kit.

If I go bigger I’ll either go PPT or pick up one of the ATP GTX kits if GIAC has tuning written for them.

Hopefully it’s just a boost leak and I don’t have to set my JHM turbo on fire.

OP. Your style should dictate to you what turbo you want to . If you want in the urban area & dont see alot of highway. You cant bet a KO4 PERIOD. If you do alot of highway . Then a BT set up will work for you. Its as simple as that. Im another 1 that can afford way more then a KO4 performance . Went this route because I do alot of city(urban ) If I want to go fast I jump on this & let it rip
