    My insurance paid for authentic glass due to the HUD and acoustic nature. It was roughly $1,200 + $300 installation + $500 for recalibration, total ~ $2,000. Thankful for only a $100 deductible...

    Sounds about right, and happy to hear your deductible was only $100. Believe it or not, FL law requires insurance companies to replace windshields at no cost to the owner ($0 deductible).

    Did the same on my S7 with OEM Glass. Cost was ~$1700 out the door... negotiate guys. Everything’s negotiable if you have the threat of substitution.

    Yep, I'm originally from central Florida. Also no state income tax, but you have to deal with the tourists. And the other Florida drivers... lol.
