    Fidelity Extended Warranty Process

I bought a 2014 allroad that has an extended warranty (Platinum) through Fidelity until 2021. Zero deductible. Is there a special process for getting warranty work done? I.e. the subwoofer doesn't work and the other day a CEL came on (fuel pressure regulator). Do I just the car to a dealer and they'll deal with the warranty provider, or is there some interaction with Fidelity I need to be involved in?

    Hello!

Thank you for checking in on this topic and congratulations on your new Allroad, I hope that you have been enjoying it thus far. The normal process for something like this is for your vehicle to be diagnosed by the dealership. Once that has taken place the dealership gets ahold of Fidelity and Fidelity authorizes the coverage, the dealer makes the repair and you get your car back! You shouldn't need to contact Fidelity at all unless you have questions on what is/what is not covered. Hopefully this clears things up for you, but please let me know if you have any additional questions.

    Kind regards,
    Vincenzo F.
