Hello everyone, I'm from Slovenia and this is my 2004 B6 A4 1.9 TDI 96kW S-Line Plus (3x S-line; exterior, interior, suspension). Let me start with how it looks now (currently on winter 17" rims):

I don't have better photos of interior, need to make some now that I installed new seats. Sooo, where do I begin? The car originally looked like this:

    and had this equipment:

    E4J S-line
    1KD disc brakes, rear
3FA without roof insert (standard roof)
F0A no special purpose vehicle, standard equipment
T9J components for base engine, unit 038.K
1ML leather trimmed sports steering wheel
    7Q0 without navigation device
3L3 manual height adjustment for front seats
    1SA without additional engine guard
    7A0 without CD changer/CD player
    J1D battery 380 A (72 Ah)
3NZ rear seat bench unsplit, backrest split folding
    CL7 alloy wheels 8J x 18 nine-spoke style, offset 43
4UE airbag f. driver a. front seat passenger
    1LB disc brakes, front
    8GU alternator 140A
8JG headlight with gas discharge lamp for driving on the right
8Q3 automatic headlight-range adjustment dynamic (self-adjusting while driving)
7K0 without tire pressure warning light ??????
4KC side and rear windows tinted
    0GZ emissions concept EU 3
6XC outer rear view mirrors: powered
    5TG decorative aluminum inserts, dulling
    0G1 gearshift lever
U1A instrument insert with km/h speedometer, clock, tachometer and trip odometer
    9Q2 multi-function indicator/on-board computer with check control
4X3 side airbag front with curtain airbag
3Y5 electrically operated roll-up sun screenfor rear window and mechanically operated for side windows
    Q1D sports front seats
5SL outer left rear view mirror: non-spherical
    7X0 without park distance control
0YG weight category rear axle weight range 7
X7Y national sales program export (other)
8Z6 engine cooling system, type 2
    2K7 reinforced bumpers
4K4 radio remote controlled central locking operated from inside and separate trunk release
5RU outer right rear view mirror: convex (large viewing field)
    1BV sports suspension/shock absorption
4R4 power windows with comfort operation and circuit breaker
0JG weight category front axle weight range 7
    1N1 power steering
D3E 4-cyl. turbo diesel engine 1.9 L/96 kW TDI with pump-jet injection system, EU 3base engine is T9J/TG0
    6R2 leather gearshift boot
    5D1 carrier frequency 433.92 MHz
4GH windshield tinted with windshield sunshield

Then the project began... In interior, I installed

    - Red Leather S4 Recaro seats (fully electric, without heating)
    - RNS-E Navigation
    - Cruise Control
    - Auto-dimming Rearview Mirror
    - New perforated leather steering wheel with S4 badge
    - New perforated leather shift knob
    - New perforated leather RS4 handbrake
    - New RS4 ALU pedals
    - New buttons on dashboard and windows switches with plastics
    - LED bulbs
    - S4 door trims

    Exterior:
    - S4 ALU mirror caps
    - S4 side skirts
    - S4 front bumper with grills
    - S4 rear bumper
    - S4 exhaust tips (along with straight pipe exhaust)
    - S4 fog-lights with grills
    - New OEM bi-xenon headlights
    - Rear OEM PDC sensors
    - Painted brake calipers in red
    - New ATE Power discs and pads

    Under the hood:
    - too much to count, let's just say the engine has been almost completely renewed and new OEM parts installed. It's currently optimised to 150 HP.

    What I'm planning to do:
    - RS4 start engine button
    - Color display instrument cluster
    - S4 Avus III 18" rims (kind of hard to find here in Europe. Nobody wants to sell them. New ones are too expensive, tho.)

man i love EU ultrasport rear bumpers. No exhaust cutoff looks amazing. I would have just left the exterior the way it was. Still love what you did minus the s4 badges.

Agreed, looks great but its not an S4. Just dont put any badges, it kinda ruins it to have S4 badges on an A4.

Thanks guys. A lot of hate for S4 badges I see My goal was to replicate S4 look completely, that goes for interior panel which have S4 logo and steering wheel also. I don't like the look of the fornt grill or trunk without any badges so thats why I decided to put them on.

Anyway, yesterday I finally went to my friend who's an electrician and we installed the RS4 start engine button

Looks great. You dont happen to have a wiring diagram for the start button? From witch pin from the button, to witch wire in the ignition switch. ( I assume, you tapped into the wires from behind the ignition switch? )

Here are the instructions my friend worked on, although we skipped the whole "disconnect/reconnect battery and remove steering wheel" part. No need to to that in B6, but the guide is for A3, so it may be different there
