I just pickup up the car from the dealership after having the steering column replace and i got these on my dash. The adaptive headlight was on. But what does the others mean and what is a fix.20190113_162819.jpeg20190113_162813.jpeg20190113_162811.jpeg20190113_162804.jpeg20190113_162824.jpeg

I had a similar problem after having my bumper cover painted and a cracked tab on one of my headlight plastic welded. In my case it was because the car was started without the headlight being connected. I scanned and reset the fault codes. No problems since.

Looks like the AFS (adaptive headlights) are not positioned properly. As Big_Reyn stated, reset the fault codes and it should clear.

I would take it back to the dealership that did the work. It sounds like something could have possibly been left disconnected.

Here's some food for thought. We have an acura RL with a similar AFS system and warnings about a system fault and dipped headlights. It turned out to be a leveling sensor in the system.

It could be a similar case with your car, that something happened not necessarily to the light (weird that both of them do it, which could explain), but to a sensor somewhere on the car.

Do the lights still swivel side to side at all, or are they just "dipped" and won't self-level?

My guess would be some sort of steering angle sensor that wasn't re-attached with the new column. Or if it was a used column, it's from a car without AFS and the hardware is non-existent. It would explain the system failure, as the AFS system isn't getting any data on where to point the headlights.
