I have a JB4, turned off torque limiter, XDS set to strongest setting, and throttle set to direct. Direct is FAR better IMO. Torque limiter off definitely improves the kick in the pants (2nd gear difference is most obvious to me). XDS set to strong (or full) really does help the inside front tire bite instead of spin during low speed cornering. I like all 3 settings just fine as they are now. Collectively, these 3 setting changes make the car that much more fun! 👍🏼

    Carista changes

Nice Iíll try it too. The throttle alone is well worth it. Any idea if there will be any long term affect with the other setting more aggressive. Have you been running those setting for a while?

Iíve been running them all for about a year. The XDS may use a little more front brake pad, canít be too bad in normal driving. Torque limiter setting could be harder on clutches? Just guessing. Iím willing to risk it for what the changes did.

I went on a long trip yesterday, I like the direct throttle, it definitely helps. Still didnít change the other settings. Drove in a little slushy conditions and was worried about the other changes messing me up not being used to it.

What is the specific setting for Torque limiter? I can't seem to find it.

Itís in the ĎOtherí section. I donít remember exactly what it says, but should be obvious. I think itís just an on/off setting.

Yes, under Customizations. All 3 mods being discussed are in the pic. Could be different for other model years?

I donít think Iíll mess with the extended differential lock limiter because I donít track or corner to hard, or maybe Iíll adjust it a little bit to see the difference, the torque limiter I think Iíll try. I just worry about the haldex getting messed up since Iím almost out of warranty
