2011 Audi S4 wheel block ideas?

I have a stasis lowered audi S4 and was going to remove my rims and have them ceramic coated ,but I was wondering if there would be other options than having to have it on tall jackstands, I would require blocking that would sit just high enough to remove the wheels and low profile tires. any ideas or suggestions? I was thinking cutting out some wooden blocking?
