    ST coilovers for S5?

I have a 2015 S5 coupe with regular suspension. Am wanting lower height and improved street handling. No tracking. The STs are prices Bette than the KW V1s

The local Audi shop said “they are high quality but they will be much softer than the KW V1s”. From the reviews and lost I’ve come across I can’t recall this being a comment and realize most people may not have personally used both side by side to compare but is there any truth to this? Thanks.

From my understanding, ST's and KW V1's are the same in regards to spring rate and internal damper settings, the different is that the ST's are galvanized steel and the KW's are stainless steel.

You will find the big issue with ST and KWs is that their highest adjustment in the rear is still too low for some folks. Other than that, they are both good options. As another poster stayed the ST and V1 are basically the same with the Data being a more.budget construction.
