    allroad roof antenna replacement

    My allroad roof antenna gasket cracked and "liberated" itself, so considering fancier, newer style replacement.

    OK to put one of these instead?

    Stock antenna goes through a module that ties it in with the ones built into the glass. I forget if the roof one itself is powered or just the module.

    Mines out, swapped it for a GPS/WiFi one, I can try to check Monday when I'm back at my shop to see what the connections were.

    Not the same connectors. I have one that I took off and replaced with older style if you are interested I can dig it up.
