Leak dripping from steering rack boot?

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
I was changing my oil today and noticed a leak on the belly cover. Looks to be coming from the steering rack boot. Anyone had a similar issue before? Looking for advice. Going to get back under tomorrow to see if I can pinpoint what seal is leaking. Not sure if this will mean replacing components or potentially the entire rack?

Leak dripping from steering rack boot?

I had the same issue occur to me on an Acura TSX. I accidentally tore the boot and fluid was dripping out. The whole unit had to be replaced. Maybe the end seal can be replaced?
