My car have 60k miles and Iím changing oil every 4.7k miles. The next oil change is coming very soon. Do we need to do an engine flush time to time? Anyone used the Liqui Moly engine flush or an other brand and have noticeable results?

Audi uses a "permanent "antifreeze that should not need replacement or flushing

Liquimoly is a fine company, nothing special in Germany but all of them make a few questionable products whether it be lucas, redline, amsoil, and even bg.

My Bad, Funny thing is I was watching one of the Sat morning TV shows on Velocity this morning and one of the sponsors was doing a commercial for a product to put into the oil to remove varnish and other build up before an oil change. Claimed it would restore loss power???

I have no doubt if you have with high mileage engine, like 200k miles, and were not religiously maintained when it's due, it's definitely needed to remove all the slug and buildup. However, for someone, that change oil before time with a fairly low mileage engine, if needed or just flushing 💵 to 🚽⁉️

My question about running an engine flush is, will it hurt something to do it? And I guess a second question is, once you drain it, will there be a little left over in the engine that would make the new oil not perform as well as it was designed?

I have a can of the same stuff that I was going to use but then got worried that I would end up doing something bad.

No, not needed, especially since you have changed the oil so often.

What you might want to look into is a carbon clean if you ever have your SC off the car

At last, I decide to pass on the engine flush and stick with my regular Motul oil change at every 4.7k miles. As for the carbon cleaning, I am using CRC intake valve cleaning, as long I donít need to remove my SC. The day I remove the SC, for what every reason, I probably do a walnut media blast at same time.
