35k service can you be declined?

So taking my S3 into the dealer for 35k service since I have Audi care and recently installed some items. Mainly just 034motorsport intake and bunch of thier suspension components.

So my question is can they decline doing the 35k service? Or has anyone been declined?

My thought is the car is not tuned and its not like I am requesting warranty repair.

    Thoughts?

Under Audi Care? They MIGHT be uppity because it might be a program violation.

    Source: None, just a thought

Itís basically prepaid service. Should have no issues.

If they find something wrong that isnít part of the included service that needs fixing, then youíre entering warranty territory where YMMV.

For service, no you will not be denied. If you try to claim something for warranty, then you will most likely be denied.

    ...as dnchattan already pointed out.

It's service. It's how they make their money; if you went in with a ford fiesta and asked them to do an oil change they would probably do it.

Lol this is so true. Iíve lost count on the number of non-dealer related cars having some sort of service performed. Money is money.

Yea this is my first time with Audi care. Back in 2001 when I bought my TT not even sure if it was offered.

Well like everyone said they took care of it.

Had a really nice 2018 A4 Sline loaner. Virtual cockpit, black interior with red stitching.

It was nice not to clench my teeth it not seeing that pot hole.
