I have a 2015 S5 at which God new brake pads at 55,000 miles and I am now at 65,000 miles. All of a sudden I am getting some brake squeal and it seems like it’s from more than one wheel. There is no brake service life that is come on. It doesn’t seem to happen when braking from higher speeds. Is there an easy fix for this?

I have used this stuff for decades. Never had to deal with any brake squeal.

    A4 Motoza tuned Frankenturbo F21L / Bosch 550's / 3" MAF / TyrolSport SMIC / 034 HFC / TT 2.5" DP / Borla / Eibach ProKit / Koni Yellows / H-Sport F&R Bars / TyrolSport Brake Stiffeners / HyperShift Short Shifter / Podi
A5 Mods to come: Little stuff so far. 20/25mm spacers / H&R OE Sport springs / 35% tint / Neuspeed Power Module / black window trim / RS grille.

I had a bad squeal as well. I lubed the pins and piston on the calipers and haven't heard any noise in months.

I had terrible squeal with the OEM rotors and pads. I was due for a brake job and replaced them with the ECS Slotted Rotors (Geomet coated) and Hawk HPS 5.0 Pads. I have absolutely zero squeal even in 15-20 degree days and virtually no brake dust. I've gone about a month without washing the wheels and they look great. By now with OEM, they'd look gunmetal from all the bake dust.

I'd recommend changing the pads. I knew how loud and annoying the OEM pads were and these are night and day difference.
