Forgot to mention, the deal was signed in May this year. The MF and RV might have been changed.

Not sure about this month, but Sept was 53% base residual and .00112 MF for the central region with $2500 bonus cash. Lets says you bought a $60,000 S4 at invoice (6% off MSRP), that works out to $700/mo before tax for 10k miles/year (56% RV). Lets say you got 10% off, that is $630/mo before tax. So realistically a payment in the upper 600s to maybe lower 800s since it will depend on the MSRP of the S4.

If I still worked at Audi and someone came at me with 11% off MSRP plus incentives, like the deal darrenho got, I would kick them.

I agree it is high for S4 but tell me where can I get M3 for low 800s with 0 down.. I will get one this week.. fact of the matter is BMW screwed up with their inflated RVs for years and they are now correcting back to normal.. The last I inquired all of the decently configured M3s (leather, driver assist, NAV) are high 900s.. If that S6 lease payment is true, your friend might have put down several thousand $$$$.. which is not a wise thing to do in leases

I do not see how you are getting into an M3 or S6 for $800 / month unless you are putting thousands down, which, as GKDMV2015 indicated, is not wise.

Also, I do not see $800 / month on an S4 as being an unrealistic payment depending on trim (PP vs Pres), options, available incentives, dealership, location, miles/year, tax rate, etc.

Was this a lease swap or a lease on a used S6? Even with basic options (including the arras red interior), the MSRP is pushing 80k. The selling price would have to be well below invoice to hit $840/month. I don't have the RV or MF, but my guess is that selling price would need to be 65-68k, which is >15% off MSRP. Maybe I live in the wrong area (my wife tells me all the time she doesn't like NJ), but I do not see deals like that happening around here.

Is there a reliable online source for monthly MF and RV?

Everyone's numbers are going to be different. It's not beneficial to include rates of vehicles outside of what the OP mentioned. If there's a desire to have a conversation on rates for an s6 compared to an m3 outside the OP's location, a separate thread should be (if not already) started.

OP i'm trying to remember a good member on here who works with financial institutions and is willing to give you some valuable feedback on your quote, keep you posted.
