C7.5 MMI Volume After System Sounds

    Hi, all!!

Having a strange issue with MMI volume...

Whenever something reduces the volume, i.e backup sensor beeps or Waze notifications when using AA, etc., the volume doesn't return to the previous level nor does the volume control work. I have to cycle the MMI to get it to function correctly.
I thought it was related to Waze or AA, but I noticed ANYTHING that reduces the volume causes the issue.

Any advice other than taking it to the dealer...that's my last resort.

    Thanks!!

Most of my MMI issues are resolved my switching to radio, playing with radio options then going back to carplay. My carplay is so damn buggy!!!

Thanks for the insight, but I don't believe it's related to AA because even system sounds cause it to happen...when I don't even have my phone connected.

For anyone who might be interested...

I narrowed it to something with my Android phone(s) and found this:

I get that on occasion, pushing the power/volume knob twice clears it up for me. Used to cycle to radio and back until I stumbled upon the 2x push trick.

Good to know. I cycle the MMI.
I got an updated version of Google Play Services and will test it on my way home from work.
