    What is this sound in my engine bay ? (Whirring?)

    Hi there guys I have just purchased this 2001 Audi A4 2.8 Quattro automatic from my local Indy Audi mechanic. Everything drives fine.. however not sure what this whirring sound is in my engine bay (I think) ..is it a cause for concern? Would I be able to drive it like this? Let me know please thank you!

    Additional info - vehicle has 100k miles( 160,000kms)
    Timing belt service done one full year ago (by the Indy Audi mechanic )
    did oil change, trans flush, power steering flush, brake flush, coolant flush within the past week after I bought the vehicle.. I didn't really notice the noise when I bought it :/

    Just did the oil change a few days ago oil is full

    To me it sounds like either a pulley/bearing is failing. You'd have to get it up in the air or put it in service position. Could always be something crazy like the Torque Converter. Who knows. I'd have to be there to look at it
