How to eliminate old leather smell?

After a few years a car with leather seats starts to smell.
It's not a dirty car smell, it's an old leather smell if you know what I mean.
I wonder if it's possible to eliminate it. Not just mask it with some fragrance, but eliminate or make it less strong.

Is link to several of the devices. I would read up on which one is best value. Also, be sure to read how to use them safely. They are good to have for the home, cars and etc... It is what professionals use...think about the hotel that has to clean up after a smoker ruined a room that they need to occupy.
