Question Hardware needed to fit ICs?

Hi, I've a new pair of RS4 B5 IC to fit into an S4... I have the hoses and shrouds too but I don't know if it is mandatory to replace the IC brackets with RS4 ones. Some Guides tells to replace it and others said nothing... I've read the install guide of APR to install their hose kit and there are no mention to replace the brackets....

I've made a rearch in the forum with no luck, anybody can tell me if it's necessary?

    Thanks

IIRC, APR guide tells you to remove the stock brackets, and from my understanding, you can also modify your stock brackets to fit the RS4 SMICs.
Mark@ASP recommends using RS4 brackets for the install, but those are pretty hard to come by as the Right bracket is no longer available from Audi.
