Replaced the Module and VCDS turns the fan on but car gets to middle temperature and fan still does not turn on.

    Any idea?

Do the fans come on when you turn on the AC?

Did you try replacing the lower temperature sensor?

It could also be that with the cooler temperatures, enough air flow is passing through the radiator that the temperature never gets high enough to come on.

High pressure sensor is bad or something so AC fan wonít come on. Itís 80 degrees here, temp is getting slightly past middle line. I replaced lower temp sensor, when I go into VCDS, I see there are two temperature readings for the engine, one says 45C and other 95C, did I get the wrong temp sensor? I can manually turn fan on with VCDS.
