If they were referring to me, that's comical. They had my home, work, and mobile phone numbers and my home and work email addresses. I live and work 30 minutes from their shop.

They made it seem in there supercharger thread that getting ahold of you for changes was an act of god. Making claims like 20+ stage 2 are in the field running great and that me and Trever were the only ones having issues. And claimed their stage 2 car ran deeper into the 11s with no proof nowhere that it did. Come to find out we are probably the only 3 people with stage 2. Once you get your car back up and you want to make real power, get with us. They are slowly getting exposed for this bullshit they call an upgrade. Basically stealing 3k and giving you less performance than their stage 1.

The story I got from Drew, a JHM sales guy who may not be there anymore, is that they were cutting me a deal on the stage 2 kit and installation because they needed a car to document the installation instructions. Did you and Trevor get anything like installation instructions?

There sure is a ton of paraphernalia screwed to these cars! It's going to take me two days (at my pace!) to get to the point where the engine can be removed.

I personally have not seen anything removed as of late. Nothing from the JHM Stage 1 thread, nothing from this thread, nothing form the RS5 tune thread.

The only thing I've ever seen done is have links to Audirevolution removed. (I see what you did there). Three, two, one...

    But wait! There's more:

    - Front wheel bolts were so tight that my Ingersoll Rand 20V Brushless impact gun couldn't bust them loose. I had to set my IR pneumatic gun on annihilate.
    - One of the allen head bolts attaching the blower plate was rounded off. I had to drill it out
    - Another allen head bolt was so tight that my Craftsman allen socket snapped off in the head.
    - A hose that attaches to the intake just downstream of the throttle body was disconnected. There was no sign of a hose clamp, so boost may have blown it off. This created both a significant boost leak and it also allowed unmeasured air to enter the engine. I'm amazed the car ran as well as it did.

Sorry to highjack, but that looks a lot like a 13B wankel. Based on the background Id say no, but still...

Yup, that's definitely a rotary. Somehow I doubt the car in the background was A) the intended target of the engine in the foreground nor B) the poster's only mode of transportation :)

As for the rest of this thread... ugh! That really sucks. I know the APR Stage III kit was discontinued, but by and large, I've had a great experience with mine. Sometimes the 1-2 and 2-3 shift is a little rough (I have an automatic, otherwise the wife never would have signed off on buying the car) but I don't think that's got much to do with the APR kit.
