Spare Tire Valve Stem Split - HTF

My searching skills aren't the best, but I could not find any threads about this.

The spare tire in my 2013 A4 Quattro M6 is flat. When I try to pump it the air runs straight out. The problem is the valve stem has a split in it so it does not hold air. The tire shop said these are specialty valve stems (smaller than normal), and only the dealer can replace them. My local dealer wants $60 to replace the valve stem. Surely, there must be another way. I can't comprehend why a valve stem would cost $60, it doesn't even have TPMS as far as I can tell.

Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this spare, or where to get the part I need to fix it myself?
    Thanks.

Call back and find out how much just the part is. If it's cheap call the tire shop and see how much they charge to replace the stem if you bring it to them.

Do you have tire monitors in it if not itís just a regular valve stem it looks like in parts look up. Iíd just put a regular long one in who cares itís a spare tire unless it has tpm then you got no choice.

Go to another tire shop or email the Audi junkyard I referenced earlier. I can't see the valve stem on your spare as such a "unique" part.
