Still bummed about the situation with the wobbling and I hope it gets made right by ECS if you do get a change to measure them.

Just out of curiosity, did you get the ball seated lugs or conical?

I have the 10/12.5mm ECS flush kit and have zero wobble.

For s&g's I'd try installing them without the wheel hanger just incase it's somehow impacting the install and you're probably already doing this, but make sure you tighten the lugs down in a star pattern.

We will see what happens. I have seen guys say though regardless of what spacer you use. You will always get a bit of vibration/wobble. Just depends on how sensitive a person is. What worries me is a user on here in a thread I read. Had the same issue and measured out the spacers and they were not perfect. ECS sent out a new set and all was good.

I got the lugs that come in the kit. Which are ball seat.

I have not tried without the hanger but I dont see how that would affect it.

Yep I did tighten in a star pattern. I also tightened in the air as thats what ECS recommend in some of their threads... Never heard of that being a thing but gave it a whirl. No change. It is most noticeable with on ramps, its not crazy prevalent but I do feel it and it is there. Its just not smooth.

I'll definitely be following closely to see if you find a resolution for the wobbling. Mops is shipping my PSS10 to me right now and I was planning on putting a flush kit on my flower wheels for the time being.

    Otherwise it looks awesome.

What H&R spacers have you had on your S4? Thinking I’ll go this route instead of ECS after my coils go on this weekend.

No luck with the ECS spacers. The QC just was not what it needed to be. I contacted ECS with my findings and they agreed to take back the spacers. In the meantime I ordered H&R spacers and the tolerances on these guys are night and day with the ECS set. I will post more shortly with some photos and details.

Any luck with the new H&R spacers? I'm getting anxious to order some now that I'm lowered, but I was waiting for you to be the guinea pig

I have not had a chance to get them on yet, possibly today. Just from looking at them visually they are miles ahead of ECS. I would not be worried of ordering! Like I said the tolerances blow ECS set out of the water. I will have them on today I think if you want to wait.

Did you go with 12mm rear and 10 mm front of the H&R variety? Thanks!

Alan any issues w/ the OE Spring sand spacers with rubbing. I am thinking about going with same set up?

10mm front and back for me. I tried 13mm in the rear but way too much rubbing at the height I was at. I might grind the little nipple on the back and try 13mm later down the road.

I ran H&R OE Springs with 12.5mm spacer in the rear and 10mm in the front. Only rubbed when I hit a good bump with passengers in the rear, and only on the passenger side rear wheel. Looked outstanding though. Switched to Bilsteins and I haven't been able to get the height dialed in the way the H&R OEs were.

Only rub with a full car over a very big dip and its only in the rear. Its very very mild sounds like its one of the fender liner bolts. My current wheels are 19x9.5 et 40 running 255/35/19 with the spacers there et 30 for reference.

    Canyon Run CR-15

I had this sitting around for a little bit. I ordered from Eurozone and the transaction was seamless. The quality is great on this guy and a super solid piece. Install was simple and you cant mess it up if you follow the instructions provided with the package. I took a bit longer as I took the time with the rain tray off to clean the area below with some Meguiars APC and followed up with Meguiars #39 vinyl cleaner.

I can's say I noticed an enormous benefit from the bar. I did notice the steering got a bit tighter and it seems to wander a bit less on the highway. Could be placebo though I will have to get some more seat time with it.

Added some engine bay beauty shots at the end

    Engine bay looks clean!

Those CR15 braces are nice, I made my own and noticed mostly around mid-corner when the front end is loaded up a bit more during spirited driving. Alone I think a strut-brace would be more effective, but adding both in combination would likely make a great pairing.

    Thank you,

I have heard the same thing. Pairing it with a few other upgrades shows the benefit more. I have some things still sitting that need installing hopefully I can know those out soon.

I had and still have the same reaction with the Cr15. I dont drive the car nearly hard enough in corners often enough to notice. The place i did notice it the most was when backing in our out of a driveway when one wheel goes up a curb before the other. Where previously i would imagine there being a bit more flex it was tightened up. Not necessarily a good or bad thing, just an observation. Interested to see what you think of it after some time.
