There was noticeable difference via ass dino so I hooked up vagcom and it was lowered to 75%.

Summer content was 85% spot-on and no higher. The pumps I go to guarantee at least 68%. Kinda sucks, but I drive sensibly so it's not the end of the world.

Does it still have performance gains or does the HP also decrease?

Not a quantifiable number, but there is a definite feel of slower acceleration. I haven't used non-ethanol fuel all but a few times since I'm flexfuel. I'm confident I'll notice greater difference with 98 octane.

Thought I'd check the content in the car and sure enough I was right.
