Running lean at part throttle. so I did a pressure test, Found no leaks, cleaned maf and getting normal maf readings, replaced o2 sensor, cleaned injectors. So far only things I haven't done are, test fuel pressure at part throttle and seafoamed the intake to see if I have a massive air leak before the o2.
Could anyone give me ideas of what else to check?

I would check fuel pressure. Keep in mind that the u can get good fuel pressure read even though you have low fuel volume. When was your last fuel filter change? A clogged fuel filter can cause the lean mixture due to the reduction in fuel volume.

    ^This

Also, are these from logs via VCDS or using a separate A/F ratio gauge? Also, what is your A/F ratio part throttle? Also what tune (ie custom)?

No expert by a long shot, but can try to help if I can.

A n80 thatís stuck open or sticking will give you a lean code.

I forgot to add fuel filter has been changed. N80 been removed.
The logs are from vcds. Tune is done by Blake, custom tune.

I'll have to check on the A/F ratio part throttle.
I'm reading the map can cause these issues? Anyone ever had a issue like that? I think I can check channel 115 on vcds

Do a lambda log and post it? From my understanding from the 2.7t guys, Blake is one of the best tuners when it comes to the B5 S4 platform. Figure it would be much easier to tune a 4 cylinder with one turbo. When it comes to those guys, they always say have Blake work the kinks out.

I assume you are just trying to give him possible variables for the lean issue?

When I had an issue with my fluctuating idle, sent my file to rockersteady and he worked with my tuner to fix the issue. We tuned with Maestro Suite. Rockersteady figured it out, told my tuner what to change, he changed it and idle has been good ever since. Just added info, saying other opinions can be beneficial. It was for me.

I know squat about tuning, so I can only place so much input.

Dude I agree 100% on the tuning. Blake was pretty impressed with my setup. Says it's crazy to see a 4 banger running with stage 3 s4's! He said I was hitting 3.3 fats.
Today I checked the map. It was covered with oil. I had a turbo blow out awhile back and oil went through the intake. Guess I didn't think about cleaning that far back. Still hitting 12.5+ on the 32 channel and 2.4 on idle. Still think that's to much added fuel. I'll get some logs when sober and post. Need to send Blake a log as well.

FWIW, when I first had my tune uploaded my tuner told me it takes a while for the ECM to learn the car. I was running incredibly lean at first, and it sort of made me think my car was going to crumble. After a good drive after letting the idle settle, A/F eventually worked it's way to normal driving. 14.3 stoich on 93 octane, mid 13s part throttle, back to stoich when cruising, mid 12s when spooling, and high 11s when WOT.

Was the partial trim ever close to zero before jumping to +12? In other words, can you verify this is a new issue and not potentially an incorrect injector value in your tune...?

Additionally, where does your actual a/f stand at WOT? That would be more my primary concern before moving onto partial trims. Iíd expect mid-low 12ís at least.

what kind of fueling do you have? a stock system probably won't keep up.You likely have bigger injectors, but you'd need a higher flowing pump, and would be easier (personal opinion) to run a return system so the fuel pressure will rise and spray correctly under high boost.
Never argue with an idiot, they'll bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Tunes been on the car for awhile now. Was running great since April.
I still haven't managed to get a a/f log. Been working alot and the cars a spare, so it get put on the back burner a lot.
As for fueling I swapped out to a b5 return system with a aeromotive hpfp.
