Quiet friction sounding noise above 35mph

Ever since I picked up my S4 there has been a noise that starts around 35mph that is subtle and I actually thought it was just loud tires at first. Now I have over 3k miles and a new wheel/tire setup but the noise hasn't changed so I'm convinced its something else. Before I waste my time going to the dealer I wanted check if anyone else has this noise? Its subtle and requires the music and fan off to really notice it. The frequency/volume changes with my speed so im convinced its something rotating with the speed of the car (why i thought it was loud tires at first).

No the frequency is proportionate to vehicle speed not the engine rpm. The noise has no correlation to the engine.
