    S7 Upgrades - Your thoughts

    I'm looking at a few upgrades and I wanted to know what you guys thought on the various items. Basically if you own any of these parts do you recommend them.

    Number for needs periodic kit replacements. How often have you found the need to repair these during purely street/fair weather driving.

    Any feedback would be greatly appreciated...

    I'd be shocked if you weren't pleased by the eurocode bits. That's what I'm running on my s6

    Thatís what I was curious about, youíre a happy customer. I just wanted to make sure before I drop this lunch money that others that have these parts are happy with them.

    I saw someone else selling used front end links and they were sold in minutes. Hard to find info on here.

    I took notice to the S6 reenforcement - 100 ppm signed up, didnít see anything on the S7.

    I guess Iíll just do it.

    I own all those parts and highly recommend them! The eurocode stuff transforms the car from a floaty feeling luxury car to a high performance machine. 10/10

    Dude, that is exactly what I wanted to hear! You do not feel confident taking big autobahn corners at high speeds. Racing this M3 the other day, he'd corner nicely and me I'm leaning hard as hell at 220 km/h. I'd close the gap on straights...next corner horrible.

    Do you recommend anything else suspension wise? How often do you have to service the end links?

    The only other thing I recommend suspension wise is to lower the car either through vagcom or lowering links. Other than that, not much else. The endlinks have not needed any service or maintenance that I know of.

    The previous owner told me was lowered by 30mm which I can raise and lower through the MMI (air suspension). If that's standard or done through hack software, I have no idea. But it doesn't need to go any lower than it is, imo.

    I'd just add that if you're buying in that order and not all at the same time.. do the sway bars before the stabilizer because it makes a bigger difference.

    Originally, I went in only wanting to buy the SRM intake but discussed my dissatisfaction with cornering with Gerard. Then I asked about the sway bars and then everything else happened from there.

    So I wanted to ask her to see who had any of the list above and their thoughts about the products. So here I am... I just said hell yeah and bought it all.

    Once these upgrades are completed, Iím going to attempt 320 km/h (200 mph).

    You might also consider the various drivetrain inserts (trans and rear diff) that eurocode has for our cars. They are a nice addition. Cancel the AK. Zero noticeable difference above the end links and sway bars. I have them all- had the sway bars and end-links first- hugs difference in handling. Added the AK a few weeks later, and couldnt notice any difference on turns.

    I'll have those added to the order as well... I hope my local APR shop doesn't charge too much to install them. Thanks for the tip but too late for the AK, everything above was ordered yesterday.

    I got the items in and installed and man what a freaking difference. Cornering has been vastly improved, its like night and day how easy it is to hold the turn without feeling you're on two wheels.

    Yellow stuff is a big difference - not completely satisfied but at least Iíll by pass brake failures.

    While Iím thinking about, intake smooths out acceleration?

    Next upgrade will be the Capristo Exhaust!

    Thanks man! I got another four years to enjoy it and then I'll be just like the majority of the members on the forum - stuck in traffic.
