Frayed seat stitching on b9 S4

    Hi,
I purchased a new S4 in April 2017. At around 5-6k miles I noticed a frayed piece of stitching in the driver's seat. I asked my dealer about it, they said it's not covered under warranty. The car now has roughly 36k miles on it and fortunately it's doesn't seem to be getting worse... just not thrilled that since practically new I see this on a daily basis. I've asked them at each service if they have any suggestions and they do not. Please provide any advice on this.
    Thank you.

I'd trim the excess off and put a small drop of clear super glue on in to stabilize it. Or take it to an upholstery shop and see if it can be repaired. That would never be warrantied as you could have inadvertently done it with something in your pockets, rivets on jeans, etc. Good luck.
