Man this reminds me of my wreck. Hope you are ok. That looks bad. Keep in mind injuries can come up later too.

Hate that for you. I had a pretty built out A3 as well and someone ran a stop sign.

Yea initially i didnt feel pain but monday and today (accident happened sunday night) I can start to feel more soreness around my neck area. I went to get checked out immediately after and thankfully I dont have any fractures or broken anything. The car did its job it saved my life that's all I could have asked for

I am extremely glad to hear you are ok. Mountain roads can be extremely dangerous.

On the other hand, that is one badass imprint!!!!!!!

Just going a little to quick car caught like an inch of air landed sideways and the rear kicked out I was able to bring it back around I narrowly missed this concrete barrier Resized952018091095074233.jpeg

Oh man. Getting air is never good in my opinion. I wrecked my first Mustang GT that way years ago. I know it hurts to lose a vehicle but things are replaceable, we aren't. Love the imprint btw

Yea catching air was so surreal I caught it once round the corner and again when I bounced out of the embankment. The car did its job it kept me safe and that's all that matters. I too love the imprint it's so perfect

How'd you get the rear to kick out? I've modded mine a lot, and it still won't do that even when I try to make it. Cars are replaceable, glad it kept you safe.

Well I had a neuspeed sway bar on the rear but when I caught air it was mid turn so the car landed sideways and slid out because i slightly tapped the brakes upon landing

Thx... that 'splains it. I've got a rear bar and a whole bunch of other stuff too. Time for some more mods to make mine more tail happy ;)

Wow...that's amazing you made it out based on how the car looks. They really do a good job of making sure these can take a hit. Glad you made it out ok.
