    1993 UrS4 part out

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
My CQ AAN swap has finally begun. The engine/trans/ecu/etc from the donor UrS4 will go in the Coupe but anything else that is in salvageable condition is available. I bought the UrS4 in December and daily drove it up until June. I've begun disassembling the front end so most of those parts are now available. Radiator, condenser, oil cooler, intercooler, some trim pieces, misc. A/C hoses are all off the car and ready to pack and ship. If you're interested in anything else, send a PM and I'll see if it's worth selling. I'll post more as I continue to disassemble.

I might have that harness. Give me a day or two to dig through my pile of harnesses.

Maybe you could just clip your wire harness a few inches back from the connectors at your driver's door master window switch and sell me the connector housings?
I mainly need, at this time, just one of the 5 housings that group the terminals together to plug into the switches, but the others are equally old and could crack...
I'm speaking of parts 32 and 8 in this illustration:

I know that the brown connector crumbled when I removed it but the other connectors might be okay. I'll dig the harness out this weekend and take a look.

Here is what I was able to find. The bare pins are where the brown connector used to be. The others seem to be pretty robust (no guarantees, though). Let me know if that's what you're looking for.

Yes, that is what I'm looking for...and you can see that it's my brown housing that is also destroyed.

I'm less concerned with the color of the housing than the function of it. The only nimrod who'll mess it up while working on it is the same guy typing this message (me) and I can easily remember what goes where without using the original colors as a guide.
