Identify this small coolant hose piece?

I just want to confirm and maybe ask the community if anyone knows this exact part. It's right behind the engine and its coolant related.

The rubber hose part is more of just an elbow and trying to figure out which part it is

That would be vent hose 079121439A. Not sure if they sell the formed hose separate. But I would also replace 8K0121086AA. I just replaced mine. When I changed my oil I moved the line a little to remove the oil filter cover and the plastic part cracked. I also replaced the vent hose 8K0121081BA from the radiator to the expansion tank. Very easy DIY.

Better shot of the hose in question...but James nailed it first. One more thing to watch for I guess...
