I have been diving through coilover reviews and ended up buying the H&R Streets, mainly because the B14s have been on back order forever. Notice there has been a lot of mixed reviews on the H&R Streets.

After installing, I was not very impressed with the ride quality. I understand that I loose some comfort to gain MUCH better handling, but it seems really rough... Car has 50k on it and I installed new strut mounts/bearings with them. Like I said, it handles great but any sense of "daily driver comfort" is gone. I was actually lifted from my seat several times on medium size freeway bumps.

I kept the ride high within H&Rs "adjustment range", which is only really the middle 1/3 of threads and kept them high (25.5" FTG for now).

Anybody else have similar (or different) thoughts on their H&R Street coils? I know comfort is subjective but these seem pretty rough for $1300 coils. I have only put 50-75 miles on them so far (mainly freeway). Any chance some comfort will emerge after they are "broken in"?
