    Windshield Washer Nozzle Alternatives?

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
The heated windshield wiper nozzles seem to be clogged. I've tried soaking them in vinegar but they still won't spray. I have no need for the heated portion are there any non heated "cheap" alternatives that are snap in?

If I recall correctly, the washer jets from a B5 Passat are a direct fit, and they offer an upgraded "fan" spray pattern. There may be some certain year interchanges, so check the details on that first.

Can confirm Passat ones donít fit. What I did because I hate those fucking penis sprayers was I grabbed Passat sprayers (heated) and both pigtails took mine and cut the mounting clip off. Took the Passat ones that were oval with a adjusting screw and took them apart and grafted my correct mounting clip on to the Passat (fan pattern) sprayer. At first I used hot glue to get the angle and placement on the glass right then plastic welded them together and switched the weather tight connectors. Was a lot of work for something small and I spent like 40$ but I hate the fucking jets and it make me very happy every time I use them. When the windshield is frosted the fan pattern hits the whole shield and defrosts quickly coupled with my brand new oem aero windshield kit bitches get wet lol!!!!

I ended up soaking them in some vinegar for a couple of days. That broke up whatever was crustified enough inside that I could run some wire through them and roto-root out all the crusty shit. Finished by blowing some compressed air through them and now they're good as now.
