    center bore - spacer question

It has been a while since I posted, but I need to tap the collective brain trust of my fellow enthusiasts on a matter I am less than familiar with.

I am running Enkei Kojan 18x9.5 ET 35 on the 02 S6 wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sports 265/35. My question is as follows:

The Enkei has a center bore diameter of 72.6 MM and the S6 has a bore diameter of 57.1MM. I need approximately 8MM spacer in order to make the setup work. My question is, are there spacers available that will convert from 57.1MM to 72.6MM and keep the stock 5X112 bolt pattern?

Also, I had three wheel studs (second bad ECS part I have had fail that involved safety). Can I get a recommendation on a set of proper set of studs that can handle 10MM spacers?

    Thanks in advance.
