This has never happened before. I've swapped pads only multiple times before for track events. Recently I swapped the pads back to street pads and started to have this issue.

Under normal braking everything works fine. However when I apply hard braking, the abs would kick in very early. The road surface is dry and I'm on OEM Pirelli summer tires. The grip/traction shouldn't be an issue but I'm not sure why abs is kicking in very early. Pedal goes down another 1-1.5 inch and it pulsates. I thought it was air in the system and the old pad was a bit crumbly, so I replaced rotor/pads and flushed with pressure bleeder. Tested again and same thing happens... Do you guys think it's faulty abs sensor? There is no check engine or abs light.
