    A3 BBS CH fitting B7 A4?

Im thinking of purchasing some OEM BBS CH from which i believe are originally from an A3 for my b7 A4. My stock 5 spokes are 17x7.5 et43 and these new wheels would be 18x7.5 et54. Ive honestly never heard of any wheel et54, will these properly fit my stock A4? if not any spacer or extended lug size recommendations??

10mm spacer if you want it as flush as your factory wheels 20mm spacer if you want it a little bit more flush with the fender line, get the kit that includes extended lug bolts. You will need the "ball seat" bolts.

Hell also need the spacers to be adapters too, as the B7 centre bore is 57.1mm compared to the A3s 66.6mm.
