    Issues with my Tial build.

    Hello everyone so my engine currently is at a standstill to give some background my engine is a 2.8 JE pistons IE rods ARP main and head studs coated main and rod bearings entire rotating assembly was balanced etc etc. The issue im having is the oil return collar that is pressed into my block is damaged and i cant find the collar for sale anywhere so im looking to buy a set at any price just need them to my door ASAP. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Pictured bellow will be the part im looking for.

    It doesnt look damaged to me. You need to epoxy that sleeve into the oil pan. I used JB weld and let it cure for more than the specified cure time.

    Unfortunately they are definitely damaged, any one have a set for sale? Any price just need them asap

    Where is the damage on it? Looks dirty to me. Clean off the residue (maybe wire brush it), throw RTV on it, let it sit for a day then you're good to go. Or epoxy, whatever floats your boat. I had the same issue and freaked out but I used RTV on the sleeve and I maybe a little on the outside of the oil line. Haven't had any issues since.
