Ok my 4.2 looks a little different then all the photos I’ve seen. The heads resemble the 3.2 from the back view. Looks like it has four cam adjusters and the heads casting wraps around the chain guide to the upper cams. So I need help with 3 things, please.
    1. Why’s my motor different, is there a identifying label
    2. I was told one of the cams was electric the other mechanical. Do they all four need rebuilt?
    3. Anyone tell me where I can get the timing tool for the different looking cam adjuster?
Thank for you time and help
