2017 S6 auto seat belt tensioner

When I first got my car new about a year ago, the drivers seat belt would pull noticeably at first acceleration from stop. I would say that it pulled maybe an inch or more. Over time, the belt auto tensioner seems to have gotten more and more feeble to the point bow where it is barely noticeable. Both front seats settings show the auto tension is ON.

Is this a feature that learns the driver over time and pulls less. For people with cars more that 1 years old does theirs still pull back noticeably.

Had my 1 year audi care done yesterday and dealer says, no error codes, so it is operating correctly. It has definitely decreased the amount of pull over the last year. I cant see how it is normal, unless it is a learned feature that changes over time, on purpose.
