The porn ad redirect/popups are back again today, browser has been completely cleared. Got it clicking on the login username field, and later by clicking on the audizine logo.

Edit: Got it again when I clicked the "Post Quick Reply" button. Audizine is officially NSFW

Yep, came here to report the same problem. All links randomly pop up ads in a new tab. Not really sure audizine is a secure and trustworthy site at the moment. Time for a hiatus.

I don't know what kind of trash site you are running here but 4 days later I log in just now and instantly get a pop up for a porn site called "chaturbate"... Maybe you're making better money from porno popups and trying to keep it going a little longer? I've give it another few days and then start recommending to anyone I talk to that they migrate to a site that doesn't have porno popups...

No popup ads for me, but started seeing Toyota (LMAO) ads that took up half the page. After I closed them, they came back within 30 seconds. Way too annoying to deal with, so I've turned on Ad Block Plus again for now.

I have tried on Chrime on my desktop, Safari on iOS and the Audizine app. I get the add on Safari and the App but I can “X” out of it.
I’ll try on a few other devices that have different versions of browsers

Does that ad unit dock to your phone when you scroll down? Or is it just overlapping the content but moves up/down when you scroll?

No, it docks to the top and can’t be closed. It doesn’t scroll with the page. I have to refresh to get it removed and sometimes refresh and X/Stop the refresh just short of a full reload to keep the ad from reloading as well. They were gone for a couple of days and they’re back this morning. Super annoying since the X on the ad itself doesn’t close it. They don’t look like Google ads, it’s another party.

I'm not sure why this creative isn't expanding the container properly, but we have enabled a protection to block ads that render bigger than their expected creative sizes. If that doesn't work we'll block Progressive entirely.

Yeah, well, the problem with both of those ads and any of them driven by the same ad company or engine is that you can’t close them, even if you hit X on them. I have to refresh the page and hit Stop before a full reload to keep the shit from popping up again… until I go to another page or post or whatever and it’s rinse and repeat.

This website has been my baby for over 20 years. It’s also how I’ve supported my actual family for just over 10 years. I will not hesitate to test new things in order to keep both alive.

Since day one I have always listened to and respected constructive feedback, but ignored the trolls.

Better than totally killing traffic to your site, just a suggestion.
Another good suggestion is to offer memberships, you'll get a bunch of people signing up and some guaranteed revenue. Try that first.

I use the site on multiple different platforms and devices and haven’t had any problems with the adds. I can scroll past them with no problem.

I only had problems maybe 6 months ago but no problems since then. I use Brave as a browser and don't have problems with ads causing browsing issues, no popups the ads appear to be static in one spot and can be scrolled past without a problem. I do not browse the internet on a dumbphone because I am not some zoomer trying to go blind before I'm 50.

It wasn’t the “entire site”, and it was only tested out for a day or two. We gathered some great info and didn’t “kill traffic”. In fact the revenue actually increased during that time. Even folks that called me a twat and said they’d never visit here any longer, did in fact visit again. Lessons learned.
