    B8 Brake Caliper guide stuck

Was attempting to do brakes and one of my caliper guide boots is torn and the guide pin is stuck. Any tips or recommendations removing this? Or do I just go full barbaric to get it off?

Or is this a great opportunity to say to the wife the caliper is dead and I need to go BBK

Try spraying WD40 and tap with hammer.

If all options don't work, get a dealer quote to replace caliper/rotor/pads from dealer and show it to your wife, then say BBK will be cheaper alternative way lol

    Lol, legend!

Just FYI if you need to replace the whole caliper we have the same ones as an A4 with just a different bracket(Which you already have).

I'd probably do the above though and get Q5/Macan Calipers.
