VAGCOM Question that I cant seem to find an answer for...

So, I am in Canada, and up here, for some reason they disable the SIM card on the new TTRS. I don’t know why, and neither does the dealer.

Does anyone have any information if I can make it work somehow through some coding?

I thought that maybe I could trick it into thinking it’s a US model and make it work, but no clue what would be involved. Or just activating the SIM card.

I don’t know but I would appreciate any help! Thanks.

Maybe you didn’t understand... I live in Canada. And they do not offer the WiFi in Canada. Spoken to the dealer and they said I am SOL because for some reason the deactivated it on Canadian models.
