We've expanded our popular Iridium Pro spark plug line to include several new engines! This includes the 2.9/3.0T (EA839), 4.0T (EA825), and the 2.0T/2.5T/3.0T/3.7T (9A2) engines.

APR Iridium pro spark plugs are built for tuned vehicles. We teamed up with an OEM supplier to VAG to develop and manufacture a plug that takes the factory design and reconfigures it with premium materials designed for high horsepower, tuned vehicles. Unlike many short-life competition or racing plugs, we’ve opted for stronger materials that give these plugs an extent life span without sacrificing performance.

The plugs run cooler and resist preignition better than stock. We use iridium which has a much higher melting point than other common race/coemption materials. We protect the insulator with a non-projected design, and have optimized the electrode for harder to light fuels, such as ethanol.
