    Another boost problem

Recently started to have a MBC issue issue..again.

I had a MBC go bad and replaced but now it won't boost pass 16lbs unless I unplug the turbo side of the MBC vac line. Then I'll max at 25. I've had this issue with my N75 which is why I went MBC but now it's happening again WITH the MBC. Any ideas?

It sounds like you have another MBC going bad. If you unplug the MBC and get full boost you know that the turbo is OK and capable of boosting. The MBC is apparently letting more boost pressure through and regulating to 16 psi.
A4 Motoza tuned Frankenturbo F21L mixed flow turbo / Bosch 550's / 3" MAF / TyrolSport SMIC / 034 HFC / TT 2.5" DP / Borla Exhaust / Eibach ProKit Springs / Koni Yellows / H-Sport Sway Bars / TyrolSport Brake Stiffeners / HyperShift Short Shifter / Podi
A5 Mods to come: Little stuff so far. 20/25mm spacers / H&R OE Sport springs / 35% tint / Neuspeed Power Module / black window trim / RS grille.

I would take the MBC off and blow through it as you turn the knob, see if flow changes. You should be able to tell wide open vs cracking and feel flow through it. Try opening it fully and spraying a little lube in and open and close the valve. Possible its just stuck.
