Dipped headlight, pass is off but if I play with the switch it lights sometimes.

Would that be an indication of the ballast/igniter going? I mean the bulb turns on and I usually leave it on the auto setting but for some reason like if I play with the switch and turn it to off and then full on or auto it will turn on.

Probably the ballast. If the build were bad, it wouldn’t ignite.

I went and switched bulbs or really like swapped bulbs with the left and right and tightened the connections and it fired right up. This car came from florida and i'm in colorado, might not be used to the altitude lol.

My ballast does the same thing, flickers all the time but I hit a bump and it either completely goes out or stops flickering and stays on like normal. I tried wiggling all the connections and wiring, nothing changes the flickering, new bulbs, swapped sides, driver side flickers no matter what. I'm going with ballast, for you and myself.
