P0456 EVAP small leak on a C7

Anyone else got the same error code on his/her C7? And what kind of solution was done to get rid of the code? I tried replacing the fuel cap gasket but the code still came back in a couple of days. Thanks.

Just had the same error thrown on my car on my way to work today. Did you end up figuring out what your problem is? I plan on checking the gas cap after word but have a tough time imagining that is the problem as I haven't touched the gas cap in 5 days

Sort of? I wiped the code and the code never came back..

Curious I have this but it’s just in vag and my mil is off. Did you tightened to one ‘click’? Is your check engine light (mil) on?

Your LDP (Leak Detection Pump) has detected a leak in your Emissions or EVAP system - this could be multiple things, which is why the code is quite generic. It could be the LDP itself or Evap Canister failing. You could also have a vacuum line pinched or broken, or your N80 purge valve is failing - you would have rough idle, or potentially stalling symptoms. Start the process of elimination

Another AZ member just posted about it as well - you have the same year vehicle, so same engine. Might be related - NVLD Pressure Switch - some have received an extended warranty letter (https://www.audiworld.com/forums/q5-...witch-2911383/), while others have to get it repaired under a known TSB.
